That approach shapes her role as the Operations Coordinator at Smith Performance Center. Sondra manages the clinic systems, supports the team, and creates a better experience for patients and members.
Sondra brings more than 15 years of experience managing physical therapy clinics throughout the Tucson area. Throughout her career, she has developed a reputation for strong leadership, exceptional customer service, and a steady, positive approach to clinic operations. She enjoys supporting team members, helping employees grow in their roles, and creating an environment where people feel heard, valued, and confident in their work.
One of Sondra’s proudest accomplishments was helping a physical therapy organization grow from three clinics to thirty locations across Arizona. During that time, she trained administrative staff and management teams, helped standardize processes across multiple clinics, and played a key role in maintaining consistency as the company expanded.
At Smith Performance Center, Sondra specializes in schedule management, administrative systems, and clinic operations. Much of Sondra’s work happens behind the scenes, but patients and members feel the impact through a smoother, more organized experience. By improving processes, closing open loops, and removing administrative burdens from clinicians and coaches, she helps the team focus on what matters most: providing excellent care.
Sondra saw a different approach at SPC: a model that brings physical therapy, strength training, nutrition, and long-term health management together under one roof. The systems need to support multiple service lines, multiple schedules, and a team working together around the same patient. That creates a different operational challenge, but also a major opportunity.
Sondra is known for her loyalty, dependability, and willingness to go above and beyond. She values teamwork, mutual respect, and the belief that every person on the team has something important to contribute.
Her goal is to help Smith Performance Center continue to grow without losing the personal connection, organization, and consistency that make great care possible.
