Strength Training for Triathletes

I was able to give a talk in New York at the first NYC tri expo.  It was a fun event.  I spoke on problems I see with triathletes and how they run their strength training.
I follow four rules:
1. Know your injury history
2. Get screened for current issues
3. Analyze the running gait
4. Keep it short and simple
